We are beyond excited to announce our first Better Everyday Women’s Retreat which will be hosted by Sarah Fragoso and Dr. Brooke! This even will be held April 20th-23rd at JS Strength & Conditioning in Chico, CA!
The weekend will provide an intimate setting in which mind, body, and spirit will be nurtured and nourished. Dr. Brooke, Sarah Fragoso, and a team of expert presenters and coaches will be covering several topics including fatigue, hormones, finding your joy, as well as nutrition, fitness and everything else in between. Our goal for this retreat is to allow every attendee to leave feeling as if their specific needs as it pertains to health and wellness have been met and that all questions have been answered.

Thursday April 20th - 6-8pm Meet & Greet – an opportunity to mingle and get to know each other, cover the details of the weekend, as well as a time to introduce our speakers and coaches.
Friday April 21st – 8am – 5pm
7:30am: Yoga (optional) with Lisa Weber
8:30 to 9:00am: Introductions and Welcome
9:00-9:15am: Sarah Fragoso - Guided Meditation
9:20am: Dr. Brooke & Sarah: - Too Tired To Be Happy
10:30am: Traci Corbett Living the Life You Want
11:45am: Lunch on your own
1:00pm: Sarah Fragoso – Your Relationship with Food
2:15pm: Jenny Labaw – Finding Your Way
3:30pm: Dr. Brooke – Exercise and Hormones
4:30pm: Q&A

Saturday April 22nd – 8am – 5pm
8:00am: Restorative Hike and Mini Yoga Session in Upper Bidwell Park - Optional
10:00am: Body Weight Movements - Michele Laine, Sarah Fragoso, and JS Coaches
11:30am: Krisstina Wise via Skype – Wealthy - Wellthy
12:30pm: Lunch Provided
1:30pm: Sarah Fragoso - Mindfulness Practice
2:30 pm: Dr. Brooke - The Big S (STRESS!!)
3:45pm: Michele Laine - Hold Together Baby
4:45 pm: Q&A
