Kid Strong Class

This class is appropriate for kids ages 5-12. This class will focus on getting kids moving their bodies in a fun and positive atmosphere. Class meets 2 days per week for duration of 6 weeks.

Run Strong Program

This class is focused on improving strength, motor control and movement in the runner. Strength training, movement assessment and corrective exercises are incorporated into this sport specific program. This class meets once per week for duration of 6 weeks.
